    Hello,

we have been working with your AAM plugin for years now and lately we have noticed the following error in some of our WordPress websites:

In WooCommerce shops in the plugin “AAM > Backend Menu > Products” the checkboxes for the different roles can no longer be clicked. However, the “Restrict Menu” button works fine. You just can’t manually click the checkboxes individually. It occurs in many (but not all) of our WooCommerce’s. Affects not only shop manager roles but also all other roles (including administrator).

If we switch off individual plugins it works again. However, we cannot name a specific plugin as it is always different. It has worked several times when we deactivate the plugin “Flamingo” (it’s for contact form 7). Otherwise it worked with the deactivation of the “Custom CSS & JS” plugin. Deactivating “Flamingo” didn’t help in this case. We can basically deactivate random plugins and AAM works fine again. There is no pattern.

    Further info:

    1. We tested it on different servers and different data centers.
    2. There are no error messages in the browser console.
    3. WordPress 6.2.2 and PHP 8.1 are up to date. Theme and plugins are also up to date.
    4. It is not theme and plugin dependent.
    5. It is not browser dependent.

We would appreciate your help concerning this bug very much. We’re operating quite a few websites that have this AAM Bug.

We’re willing to give you access to one of our WordPress’s for you to test. Just let us know how we can send you login data.
