AB Post Grid in TwentySeventeen: 2017 more link corrupted?

    Using theme TwentySeventeen
    Insert a AB Post Grid on a page
    Display featured image: on
    Display Post Author: off
    Display post date: off
    Display post excerpt: on
    Display continue reading link: off

    TwentySeventeen displays its own Continue reading link.
    Problem:
    In the editor, hovering over the continue reading link shows the link to the correct post ie the one with the displayed excerpt
    However after publishing the page, or previewing the page, the TwentySeventeen continue reading link is now pointing to the page on which the Post Grid is included ie the current page.

    If I set Display Continue Reading to “on” for the Post Grid, I get two continue reading links. The TwentySeventeen link shows as wrongly as described above, the AB link is correct.

    Before I go and mess with a child theme to correct this, is this known behaviour, or have I done something wrong or missed something?
