Abandon Cart template access

    I have a professional account in HS but still cant get access to the abandoned cart workflow template in the plugin backend in WP, its still greyed out. I have full access to the HS account and they are on the professional plan. What am I missing?

    I hope you are doing well! 

    As per your concern regarding the grayed out. The grayed-out icons represent the create button on the right. In this case, I’d like to tell you that the creating workflows are dependent on each other, and you need to create the first five workflows in order to enable the rest of them.

    One by one, when you’ve created the workflows, the rest of them will be available for you.

    You can turn the workflows that are of no use to you off from HubSpot > Workflows.
