Abandoned?

  • I wanted to unlock the pro-featues of this plugin, when after clicking on the provided link, my browser was hijacked and a website with a message claiming I had won something appeared. I closed that website immediately, because these adware can also be used to transmit malware.

  • Can verify, the pro version links in this plugin redirect to some nefarious sites. This plugin probably needs to be removed from the repository at this point. Tagged for mods.

    Confirmed, the site on the plugin page redirects a browser to somewhere to infect it with a trojan.

    This is now reported to the plugins team via plugins[at]www.ads-software.com

    We have adopted this plugin yesterday and have removed the malware link. We will come up with a plan for this plugin in a couple of weeks. It would be great if you could remove this review or update it.

    Well, since Vishal wrong four week ago, nothing has changed. Click the Pro link and you’re still taken to some weird site selling bitcoin and other total rubbish.

    Yeah, I missed changing the Pro links within the plugin at a few places. I have removed all links now to that site & bumped up the version number as well. This was submitted yesterday on the repo.

    Apologies for the delay, but November is kind of a busy month for shop owners – trying to setup all the sales & offers.
