    Hi all,

    I’ve got Mailchimp set up for my automated abandoned cart emails.
    Last month (August) was a busy month, but its saying ‘0 emails sent’, though I see abandoned carts in my WooCommerce dashboard.
    Also, in Mailchimp it says ‘Last opened: 8/14/19 2:39 AM’ so that should be August..?
    Last sent also shows today.. so now I’m wondering – are they sending or not?

    Hi @sam44! It sounds like the scenario you’re describing is outside the functionality of the plugin, and it would be best suited for the support team at Mailchimp to review. They would be able to access your account and investigate further. You can reach out to their excellent customer service team over at https://mailchimp.com/help/. You should be able to chat with them and take things from there.
