Hi, is there a way to save the customer cart, and like have a link that helps them to get back to their cart/continue to checkout with the items? Because what if they used Incognito while browsing, is there no way for them to retrieve their abandoned cart? Because that seems to be the purpose of the email, right? But I don’t see any way in your plugin to do this.

Yes, that’s possible. When creating an Abandoned Cart email, you will be able to add the Abandoned Cart Content widget to it and you can link to the cart page by following these instructions:

You can send recovery emails to guest users who are also subscribers on your email list, even if they’re not logged into your site. As long as they’re subscribed to one of your lists and have clicked on a link in one of your previous campaigns, they’ll receive an abandoned cart email.

    Hi,

This won’t do with Incognito. You want to direct customers to plain /cart page? What would that contain if the session was made in Incognito and the email opens up in a regular/normal browser?

I was asking for them to retrieve their abandoned cart, not just receive an email.
