Abandoned cart emails not sending to admin users anymore

    Hello

    I am testing the plugin using my WP admin which was working at the beginning, but now that I have created a new email template and deleted the abandoned cart records, the emails are not sending anymore.

    I also tried setting the “Delete abandoned records” to 1 day but still no luck.

    How do I get the emails to start sending again to admins?

  • Hi,

    The email abandoned will not send to admin email. Please try creating abandoned Cart with other emails to test it.
