• I’m struggling with an issue since weeks now without a result. It started with the abandoned cart which did not work on a client account. It seemed the setup was correct, which was confirmed by the support team as well, so didn’t know what the problem is. After the woocommerce update this plugin was also updated – we realized the connection was suddenly lost and we cannot make it work again. Several times deleted the plugin, created new rest api keys, started over the installation process again and we stuck at the same point: when the import is complete, only the cancel button is available, and after a while it drops back to start import (again). The support team is not really asking, or investigating, just repeating what to do and stating noone else is complaining. (Actually I don’t really care if anyone has the same issue, from support team perspectibe this is a wrong behavior I think.) Even if we followed the instructions, the plugin / connection did not work, the same thing repeats itself. So I think there must be a problem, but I couldn’t find the solution on my own…. The client is a mailerlite subscriber, so i’m really disappointed if someone pays for the service and gets such ‘help’ only.

UPDATE: after this post the support team reacted rapidly and solved the problem, plugin was updated, it works fine now. My rating is still not 5 because of the earlier happenings, but I’m glad of the happy ending.

Experiencing the same issue with getting stuck at import using the new version. Am going to try rolling it back and just wait to see if this gets resolved in future updates.

    Hi magdizajn78 and amandabandb ??????

This does sound frustrating, so we wanted to tackle this with you. We will need more time to investigate some of the issues you reported, however, we wanted to get in touch as soon as possible regarding the initial sync getting stuck: our team has been investigating the problem, and we just released a quick update about that, so we can get you sorted asap.

Could you try the setup once again? If the problem persists there might be another alternative we can give you for the time being (while our team takes a look at it) → could you please check if you are using any cache plugin, and if so, could you clear the cache using the same plugin or disable the plugin and retest the ML plugin installation?

We hope this might be helpful ??

Hi, it seems the last fix solved the import problem, we could reconnect, hurray! Thanks! ?? Now we can continue with the abandoned cart issue – I hope this time the support team will be able to help.

I’ve updated the plugin, cleared the cache, and am still having the same issue. When I try to do the import it just says there was a problem and starts the import all over again.

@magdizajn78 We are happy to hear that the initial sync issue has been resolved. The abandon cart issue should also now have been fixed, please have a look whether this is all good from your end.

@amandabandb If you’re struggling with the same issue, please check you inboxes ?? for support from our team. We would like to gather more details about the issues and continue the investigation.

The support team stated the problem with the abandoned cart had been solved, my customer confirmed the same, so all good now. Pity that it took too long.
