abandoned cart list

    HI,

    Is there a way to see in the free or in the premium verion a list of all recorded abandoned carts or some statistics?

    Currently I’ve set up an abandoned cart e-mail with sending a reminder 30 minutes after leaving a cart.

    I simultaneously use a different abandoned cart plugin which has been working excelent (it just has very basic looking e-mails).

    After checking both plugins I can see, that the other plugin has recorded many abandoned carts with possible recovery. But your plugin has not send a single e-mail.

    Do you have some info on that?

    unfortunately, there’s no such feature in MailPoet. The WooCommerce integration in MailPoet is fairly new and we don’t have yet advanced options like those from specialized plugins.
