    Dear Team

    I am a new user to your plugin. I tried testing the plugin by giving my mail address at the checkout and then closing the checkout page without proceeding with the checkout payment. However the plugin did not record this as an abandoned cart (I tried 2 times – did not work) – can you please let me know if something is wrong? When is the abandoned cart recorded? I have provided the link to my checkout page for you to test it yourself. Please let me know where the issue is.

    Greetings of the Day!

    I have checked the checkout page and It seems like you are using some other cart abandonment recovery plugin. I can see some different ajax calls that are not from out plugin.

    Can you please check and confirm if you are using our plugin and share some screenshots?

    If you have disabled the plugin, please enable it and let me know so I can check again.
