Abandoned Cart Plugins

  • Does this plugin work with any abandoned cart plugins.

    As the first step was add email, I was hoping that if the customer got this far then failed to checkout we could follow up with the customer, but the entered email does not seem to be logged in the plugin we are using (WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery by Cartflows)

    Hi @scifind,

    Yes, that is one of the reasons we created the first step with only the email.

    Some plugins will already pick up the email field for the purpose of sending abandoned cart emails, others will need compatibility to be added explicitly.

    Other users have also reported issues using Fluid Checkout with “WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery by Cartflows”.

    We have a task in our backlog to add compatibility with it. However, this will be a PRO version feature.
