Abandoned cart reminder mail/convert Abandoned cart to an order

  • Hi,
    Im interested in purchasing the pro ver and i have a few questions regarding it.

    1. Is it possible to send 2 mails when a cart is Abandoned (one to the costumer and one to a specified mail of my choosing/site admin)?

    2. If a costumer is having difficulty completing his order (after clicking designated link that was sent to him) is it possible for me as admin to convert Abandoned cart to an order and complete it for him?

    3. Can i resend Abandoned cart reminder mail after the initial mail was sent

    I apologize for the delay in response.

    1) Currently, it is not possible from our abandoned cart plugin to send the abandoned cart reminder email to user as well as the admin.

    However, we do have the feature in pro version which will notify the admin when abandoned cart is recovered.

    You can customized our plugin according to your business requirement for sending the email to admin as well.

    2) Currently, it is not possible from Abandoned cart Pro version of the plugin to create the manual order from the admin side.

    3) You can send N number of the abandoned cart email, you need to set the different templates and the time to send the email template after cart is declare as the abandoned.

    You can activate or deactivate the email templates, our plugin will consider only active email template for the abandoned cart email reminder.
