Abandoned Cart spam

    Hello,

    My client is using your plugin on their website.

    Recently we noticed that there are a lot of Abandoned Cart entries which is spam. They are all from one IP address coming from one certain place in the world. There are hundreds of entries.

    I can block this specific IP address, but how are we going to prevent this in the future, if there are like spam entries from a different IP address?

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    In the pro version, we have email popup to collect abandoned cart email and Google Recaptcha for this function which helps with spam issue. But I’m afraid it doesn’t work for abandoned cart collected at checkout page.
