    Hello,

    the emails for abandoned carts are not working.

    I have done several tests and none of them worked.
    I made sure the test user was registered correctly.

    I entered a product into the cart with that test user and left it sitting there.

    I checked over and over in the email>woocommerce section for scheduled emails and none of them were scheduled or even sent.

    Can you tell me what to do?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Can you please confirm that your user has Subscribed status in MailPoet? Also, if it’s a guest user (not logged in), ensure they clicked on a link in one of your previous campaigns.
