    Hi there!

    I am having an issue with the plugin where I am getting products being added to cart, but not showing up. The only abandoned carts that show up are customers that actually ended up purchasing? Do they have the initiate checkout for this plugin to capture the items added to cart?

    If you could assist me in fixing this, that would be wonderful! Thank you!

    Hello @kristians4,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    In order to capture the customer’s details and cart details, customers need to visit the checkout page and fill the email address.

    Once the customer fills the email address on the checkout page, the plugin captures the cart and checkout details.

    I need your help; I have a customer with 2 sites, which requires the phone number to appear on the recovered shopping carts. The problem is that in one site it does appear normally, but in the other it does not.

    I would appreciate any help.

    Hello @miguelsilvasoler,

    Can you please check if the default phone number field is available on that checkout page?

    Can you please check if that field is added using any custom field editor?

    If the ID of that field is not ‘billing_phone’ than it will not work.
