Abandoned item report

    Is there a way to get a report of abandoned carts (both before and after checkout) that lists the items added to the cart as well as any customer info? I don’t see it in the documentation.

    I get lots of abandoned carts so an email for each dropped transaction is not useful. Same thing on screen, going into each order is not worth the time. The easiest to use report would contain multiple orders displayed together. An on-screen screen report would be OK, CSV export better.

    My store works by SKU – This field is required in the view order display for me to know easily which item was ordered. Can you add this field to the display? It would also be needed in the report.

    Photos are not helpful in order detail and just make for lots of scrolling on big abandoned carts.

    Your display adds sales tax to “line subtotal”. In the US this is very confusing. Most of my orders have no sales tax so it is also wrong. Can you just display the item price?

    Below I have listed all the answers for your query:

    1) Getting report of abandoned carts:

    No, it is not possible to export the report of abandoned carts in our Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce plugin.

    I would like to share with you that the Abandoned Cart Pro for WooCommerce plugin have the functionality to get the reports of the abandoned cart who are listed on the Abandoned Orders tab. You can export all the records of abandoned order using “Print” and “CSV Export” button.

    2) For adding SKU field:

    Can you please let me know how do you want to display SKU on Abandoned Order details page? Do you want to add new column for SKU or you want to display it with the Product Name?

    I have to check that how we can add SKU field in our plugin and then I will let you know.

    Also, I have to talk with Vishal (Founder of Tyche Softwares) about your requirement and then I will get back to you with a response.

    3) Product Image of Abandoned Cart:

    Can you please confirm that you do not want to display image of product in the Abandoned Orders details page?

    4) Show the item price:

    Yes, we can make the changes in our plugin file to display the “Item Price” instead of “Line Subtotal” on Abandoned Orders page and Abandoned Cart Reminder email.

    I will modified our plugin file and I will give you updated copy.
