Abandoned/orphan cart???

Can you please elaborate on how ubersuggest works? Can you send us a link to see if we are familiar with this scanning software?

They all seem to be dealing with woocommerce plugin (replaced my domain name’s with “domain” below).

Can you send us a screenshot of that result? I am not sure I understand.

I’ve tried an abandoned cart plugin – didn’t delete these
I’ve done database clean-up – didn’t delete these.
Any idea what I can do to clean these up? There’s about 72 of these.

Can you please share with us what plugin you used?
Can you also let us know if your goal is to delete these abandoned orders? Or where do you see the abandoned carts being displayed in your site?

All the redirected ones are the ones where woocommerce has a hanging page (??) but this is not a page you can go to. Reason I say is woocommerce is because in the link it has some element from woocommerce.

As we do not have visibility into the Ubersuggest product, we cannot comment on output from it or any third-party program or tool.

However, if you want to delete all customer session data from the database, including current carts and saved carts in the database, please head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools and click on Clear customer sessions.

This data is got to be in some table or something. I’ve already done the db clean-up with Advanced Database Cleaner and Plugins Garbage Collector (Database Cleanup) Old! yet these remain.

Status code 302 indicates a response from the server for temporary redirection so you may want to reach out to your host’s support team and ask them how to clear that data.

WooCommerce core itself has an option to clear both WooCommerce transients and all expired transients from WordPress with the Clear transients and the Clear expired transients buttons under WooCommerce > Status > Tools. More details here:

Update…

In Woocommerce, settings, product, Add to cart behavior, unchecked the following:

Redirect to the cart page after successful addition
Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives

Now in the ubersuggest scan, these do not show as redirected but they are showing as multiple of a product and these product doesn’t have variations.
