Abandoned reservation clean-up

  • When a customer chooses a time slot, and the leaves the window without finishing the booking nor pressing “cancel”, it seems the time slot stays locked for other users to book. Also this abandoned appointment shows up in Appointments in admin panel.

    Is it possible for the system to clean up these abandoned appointments in some time? 10 minutes maybe? Or something else, that prevents blocking the time slot for those customers that actually wnnt to proceed with booking.

  • Hi Kaibijainen,

    that system is working now but clean up is once every hour. WordPress have limitation so one hour is shortest period for that. But I will probably improve that part.
