Ability to add Facebook groups or second facebook account

Right now, it is not possible to create multiple Facebook connections since the plugin is pretty new, but our developers are working on better features in the future.

You can send your suggestions in our GH feature request.

I spotted this message and thought I’d let you know that you can create connections to multiple Facebook pages, but the interface is a little hidden.

While you are managing your connections you can click on the arrow to the right of Facebook and it should expand and reveal your current connections, along with a button to connect another account.

We don’t support groups currently, but as @deathlynotes says, if you make a feature request, it could be something that we’ll add in the future.

@pabline i actually noticed that and thought it would work the same as the Twitter spot (I have two accounts under there) but in the Facebook tab if i click “Connect one more account” i get a list of pages and there is a Connected: The marked connection will be replaced with your selection.: https://gyazo.com/395b761eb89fe3d98ebee6e4c50ef1ec

And it actually does replace the connection completely ??

Please please… it is imperative that I am able to post to multiple FB accounts and a group. Also, would appreciate the same feature for Instagram even if it just posts a picture and title of the blog post.

And jetpack also needs the ability to re-post older blog posts as well. Would be ideal!

@sjsicilia you can use Yoast Duplicate Post to recreate some of your articles and use this plugin to notify your followers about the content.

If you are thinking about an automatic way to repost old content without editing i doupt that feature will ever get added since it’s most commonly used for spam. Although you can get those features from tools like SocialBee etc.

Instagram would be a nice addition i agree o/

#nikov After a day of scouring thorugh plug-ins (geez! LOL) I found FS Poster. This plug-in let’s me automatically share my blog post to a varity of social sites (the one’s i use) and let’s me pull-up an older post and re-post as new blog entry. Plus scheduling was cool as i can re-create let’s say 5 older blog posts and have them pubblished any time in the future. The one-time price was also very attractive. All good.

@sjsicilia This is a feature we’re working on. I can’t give you a date at the moment, but watch this space!

It’s actually already a feature incorporated in the Jetpack plugin, which you might want to check out.
