Ability to enable floatval order quantities

I referenced https://stackoverflow.com/a/31048373/893907 and saw mention of https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/quantities-and-units-for-woocommerce/, but that plugin has not been updated in years, and WooCommerce has changed significantly since then so I didn’t even try it out.

It would be great if you could add that functionality. FYI: I have Booster Plus so in either one is find.
