ability to mark up/comment within article?

Hello,

I have been using the free version of Publish Press and while I see there is an area underneath the WordPress article to add comments about the article, I need the ability to elegantly comment within the actual article. (similar to how you would mark up a Google Doc). With each update/redline, the user would be notified of the comments.

Does such functionality exist within the plugin or the pro version of the plugin?
