Ability to set global default settings on blocks

I have been using Ultimate Blocks on a few sites and the client often has specific ways they would like the blocks to appear, but I see no way in the GUI to set the defaults to something other than how they come out of the box.

For example, I have a client who would like the Content Toggle to be collapsed by default, use an H3 as the title, have specific colours pre-selected, but they have to change this every time they add this block to a new page. They have hundreds of pages using tabs and content toggle.

It would be really great if there was a way to override these globally.

I assume this is a feature request, but please let me know if there is some way I am able to do this.
