Ability to Verify with DNS or HTML randomly disappears, leaving blank space

    Hello,

    I am constantly getting a very annoying problem when updating SSL certificates. When I reach the Verify stage, if I select DNS, then the box with the acme_challenge and the TXT I need to copy does not appear. If I select HTML, then the option to download the files does not appear either. I have tried multiple browsers, starting the process from scratch and refreshing the page and nothing seems to bring back these boxes, leaving me unable to verify my domain and complete the process.

    This seems to happen basically at random.

    Any suggestions?

    @phovos It’s the first time I’m hearing this. Is it possible for you to record a quick video showing the issue? Could you also share the debug log by going to Settings > Advanced?

    I’ll try recording the issue but it’s hard to reproduce. If I leave SSL Zen alone for a few days or deactivate the plugin and reactivate it after 48 hours, the ability to verify reappears. Am I perhaps hitting some sort of limit, e.g. the Let’s Encrypt limit for domains or something? Maybe because I’m using SSL Zen on several websites at once?

    I have a screenshot of it happening here, but waiting a week seems to have fixed itself.
