able to login but not access wp-admin

  • I have a site that just now happen to not be able to access admin but I can log in.
    I have create a brand new user that is an administrator. but not able to access wp-admin.
    have anyone seen something like this before?

    What error do you see after logging in?

    There is no error. I cant see the admin bar. And when i try to go go /wp-admin
    I see you have not access to this page

    But a several weeks ago i cold access.
    I am an administrator.

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
