• When I have activated this plugin, all pages are blank in the visual editing interface, and only the text editing interface exposes the page content for editing.

    Hi Jonathanpool,

Fancy sending some debug information so I can have a go at fixing the incompatibility?

What plugin or theme are you using to provide a visual editing interface?

We are using the built-in WordPress Visual Editor described at:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/

We also have a plugin called “Visual Editor Custom Buttons”.

    Our theme is Twenty Fourteen.

Thanks for offering to work on this bug. Please let me know if you need more information in order to reproduce this behavior.

    Hi Jonathanpool,

I’m not having much luck recreating the issue so far. Can you confirm that when the plugin is deactivated the Visual Editor returns?

    Yes, it does.

    Hi Jonathanpool,

I’m afraid I cannot recreate this issue. Do you have any errors in the JavaScript console you can share, which may shed some light on this?

    Hi again Jonathanpool,

Sorry I couldn’t help you further with this, but I had this problem when the plugin conflicted with another plugin.

To resolve simply go into your user, check the box that says “Disable the visual editor when writing” save it, then uncheck and save. This resolves the issue.

My plugin doesn’t do anything to change that bit of functionality as far as I can tell, but I will run some detailed analysis.
