  • i can not get rid of that obnoxious: “this is an area where you can add text…” Is there a way to get rid of this. Or better yet: improve it?

  • Depending on the theme that you are using, this might be as simple as MANAGEing a Page, or as complicated as DESIGN, Theme Editor and modifying an about.php file. Many themes have ABOUT as a Page.
