About adding content (images& text)

  • Hi, My site was built with WordPress. But I did’nt build it.
    I had a web developer, do it for me. My Marketing company wants me to
    add content to my site pages. In the way of alternate image text with text content. and also add H1 tags. On the pages of my site.
    I really have no idea how to do that.
    So my question is: Is there any WordPress – tutorial/video you can point me to. Where I could learn about that?
