    Hey! Somehow I can’t sent you a request through your website “Sending failed, please refresh the page”

    chatGPT told me that you are an alternative to aftership since they can’t deliver one crucial thing… they can’t hide carrier details / information.

    I pray to god that chatGPT didn’t lie again and that this is possible on WooCommerce with ParcelPanel?

    For the issue of failed sending messages, could you please contact our official email: [email protected]? We will reply to your email with detailed solutions.

    In terms of hiding the courier details, we have a dropshipping mode which will be useful for you, you could refer to this guidance to know more: https://docs.parcelpanel.com/woocommerce/getting-started/dropshipping/

    In our tracking page settings, the courier info including the courier name, phone number and tracking details can be hid completely. Please rest assured that!
