About exist email address but in different list

Where are you seeing that error? Is it above where the form was after submission? The debug logs area of the WP Admin?

I was able to create a brand new list and form to add contacts to, and successfully submitte an existing contact to the new list/form without issue, so we’re trying to isolate where you saw this messaging.

I am using wordpress Constant Contact plugin for this.
if i try to add exist email in different Constant Contact list this error faced.
also this issue is faced when i tried to add email directly from Constant Contact.

Yes, and understood that you’re using the plugin. My question is if the error you’re reporting, is showing immediately after submitting to the form, or if it’s being reported in the error log, or somewhere else.

Where the error is being shown will help us isolate where in the overall process the issue is coming from.

Also you say you saw a similar error when you logged in to constantcontact.com and tried to manually add the contact to the intended list, regardless of the plugin? And it still gave an error?
