About external link error

    Every time I click the image(it should jump to where the URL point to directly in new tab), my page will pop out a message”The image could not be loaded”. Then, link to the internal website in the same tab.

    I will be grateful for your help.

    Could you please make sure that you have installed latest version of the gallery. Such message we had I previous gallery version, but it was fixed.
    Today we’ll have new gallery release version 2.0 with absolutely new functionality and structure. We’ll have much ore new features, themes, slider front end view with super host animation effects: slide, 3d cube effect, fade and much more.
    In the case if this problem will not be fixed even after latest gallery release please get back to me here.

    I updated to the latest version today but the problem still exists.

    Today we’ll publish update of the gallery. Version of the gallery 2.0.3 include this fix. In the case if you’ll have this problem after update please get back to me.
