About Facebook messenger plugin setting

  • Hi there, I just installed the messenger plugin into my WP website, just found the frequent questions setting on the plugin setting is overriding the messaging setting in my Facebook page.

    So when I create new frequent questions in my Facebook Business Suite INBOX, there is nothing displayed on my WP website’s Messenger interface. I will need to set up the frequent questions in the Facebook Chat Plugin Settings instead of using the Facebook page setting. How could I fix it? Thanks.
