• Hi!

I have been told that (for SEO reason) it is important to specify h1 and h2 etc, in the text. But in this theme there is a line for headlines that I use but I now wonder if that is the H1 by automatic? I cannot see if it is but I suppose it will be. Just want to make sure and hope someone can clarify ??

    Best regards
    Ann

  • Hi ayoungerskin.

Yes, those tags are present in our theme and are generated based on your input in the theme settings. This is how it looks like in the source code of your homepage:

    <h1 class="header-logo-text"><a href="https://www.ayoungerskin.com/">A younger skin</a></h1>

    and

    <h2 class="block-title"><span>Featured Posts</span></h2>

Hope this helps, but if you have any additional questions – just ask. ??

    Kind regards.

    Thank you so much!!
Just a last question. Does the additional CSS effect site speed in any way? I have quite a lot of additional Css :-/

    Best regards
    Ann

There’s no such thing as “last question”. ??

Anything that has to be loaded affects website loading speed, because, it has to be loaded… ??

But in case of additional CSS, I believe that if someone would measure an impact of it, it would probably add a few milliseconds and that’s next to nothing.

    Hope this makes sense.

    Kind regards.
