Yes, it is absolutely possible to show non-Latin texts, so Chinese, Japanese, etc. They are not supported by default, however this link explains how to install custom fonts & there are links to relevant Eastern Asian fonts at the end: https://docs.wpovernight.com/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/using-custom-fonts/
