I installed this caching software (w3 total cache).
Now there is a problem that bothers me, I have enabled page caching (based on disk enhancement).
It works fine, but I found a lot of strange subfolders in the page_enhanced folder of the website directory (for example: about.php7, 4pric.php, avaa.php).
These pages do not exist. Opening them should redirect to a 404 page. These seem to be hackers scanning my website. I don’t want these pages to generate cache files to occupy my disk. Is there any good way?
    grateful!

    Hello @rrruq

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
When Page Caching is used with the Disk: Enhanced mode, the cached page is saved in /wp-content/cache/page_enhanced/yoruwebsite/some-page/

The pages are saved as shown below in two files (gzip and non gzip depending on the configuration)

    _index_slash_ssl.html_gzip
    _index_slash_ssl.html

The files you mentioned are not created to by the W3 Total Cache, and you should make sure to delete those. I would recommend deleting the /wp-content/cache/ folder entirely and see if the problem persists.
If it does, check with your hosting provider and scan the website as you may have been hacked in some way.

    Thanks!

It may be that I have enabled – Cache 404 (not found) pages. When I set a 404 page for my website, these folders will not be generated.

    thank you
