I installed the latest wordpress 5.0.1 through “wget https://www.ads-software.com/latest.tar.gz” on the December 13th. But today I received a repetitive wordpress 5.0.1 update push. I want to know why？

We don’t “push” updates. The WordPress software checks if it needs an update, and then it updates itself. It’s a “pull” mechanism.

Maybe your host did an update for you, and didn’t check first?

What exactly is the “website console”?

We only make WordPress. It doesn’t have anything called a “console” in it, so it’s hard to understand what exactly you’re seeing.
