About reply mail

  • In the auto-reply email, the unchecked checkbox data will be displayed in the email, for example 2nd choice application type: [checkbox-446].
    I don’t want [checkbox-446] to be displayed in the reply mail, is there a way?

    You can add a [hidden checkbox-446] on the last step of your form. This will let the form know the field exists and just pass on the previous value if there was any.
