About seo plugins and automated keywords generator plugin

Hi ! I want to ask that is there will be any problem if somebody has installed automated keywords generator plugin along with automated keywords and meta generator plugin and also SEO plugin in which someone entered keywords and description manually. Does this cause any problem to search engine ?? Please reply
