About “Special Sign Problem”

Hi Dears,

I received a ticket “Special Sign Problem”, in which the user said tooltips term like “this’s test” did not work, on our site, this do works well, we tests a few times, we found it is because some page builder / theme / plugin / editor will convert “‘” to html code “& # 8217;”, so when you write a tooltips term like in tooltips editor:
this’s test
actually in frontend your theme will change it as:
“this& # 8217;s test”
in this case, please just back to tooltips editor and change tooltips term from
“this’s test”
to
“this& # 8217;s test”
then in frontend, this tooltip term will works well ??
