• Hello.

I think JetEngine is a great plugin.

When creating a user registration form, what is the conditional logic that should be applied for “Confirm password field” to work properly?

Thank you in advance for your prompt reply.

Hi @burusa1 Could you please specify your question? What behaviour for the Confirm password field you need to get?

    Hi @mjhead

The “confirm password” field should compare the entered content with that of the “password” field and if it is not the same then it should trigger the corresponding warning until both fields match in their content.
However it does not do so. That’s why I ask if some kind of conditional logic has to be applied to make it work properly.

Is there a reply to this?
    I have the same question.

    same question here… no logic

Hi, I’ve contacted the company today asking why they do not reply to our messages. Apparently they are facing some difficulties with WP.org. The person replied told me that they are still reading our messages and applying fixes, I hope they will fix them soon.

Same issue here, when taking a payment as part of user registration, even though the Confirm Password field is mismatched, it will take the user to payment, take payment, but then fail User Registration. So wrong.

    no conditional logic is needed

just create 2 password fields (one for pw, and the other field for confirm)

Then on “Field Maps”, map out the Password and Confirm Password correctly.
