READ FIRST: About the Plugin Support

We write this topic just to form your proper expectations. Though we keen to fix every single core error of the plugin, at the moment the plugin is not our tier-1 priority, so we may spend time for its support not as frequently as we (and you) would wish.
What does it mean exactly?
- Please don’t expect that you will receive support soon after you publish topics in this forum. Right now we believe it’s proper to expect this interval would be 2-4 weeks or even longer.
- At the same time we understand that due to the plugin’s high quality, some of you use it in premium projects, and fixing plugin’s errors can be a matter of a website revenue. If so, please note: we plan to create a premium version of the plugin (with premium-quality support too) in some future. Till then, if it’s critical for your to fix the issues (or make some customizations), and you would like to hire us for that, send us email from https://codelights.com/builders/, and we’ll discuss the details.
