About Transparent Blocks When Using a Video as Background

    Thank you for always answering my various questions.

    I have another question that concerns me. I am considering placing a transparent block over a video background. However, when scrolling the screen, the transparency and color of the block seem to change.

    Is there a way to fix this issue?
