Above Ad doesnt appear for visitors who doesnt logged in

First of all thank you for this plugin its really useful.
Unfortunatly I have a little issue.I added an Ad to above the content but its only appear when the visitors logged in the page. I dont use any “Hide ads” rules.The page is https://catcherintheryeaudiobook.com
