Above and Beyond

  • I don’t leave very many product or support reviews but this time I feel these guys have earned it.
    I’m using the free version of the portfolio plug-in and it is exactly what I was looking for. However, an issue popped up with loading the portfolio on my site. After working for weeks to add all the info to the portfolios it was extremely frustrating for it to suddenly stop working properly. I reached out to the creators and without any hesitation they asked for access to my site and went to work trying to assist me with the issue. After 3 days of consistent work they figured it out. It was a conflict with another plug in. Not even their fault. I deleted the other plugin and my portfolio and my site are again working properly. It’s rare to get get service like this when you purchase a digital property much less when its a free plugin. I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend anything that is produced by this company. Awesome team! Thanks again guys!
