Absolute Joke

  • I’m absolutely drained honestly,

    woocommerce gives you the most pathetic theme for its shop/checkout etc so it advertises it’s own “storefront” plugin for themes but what dya know you install and activate it and it changes your theme automatically for you without even asking so now i’ve lost nearly all my content after changing it back, you absolute spazvelopers get it sorted before you waste anyone elses time

    Hi there,

    Storefront is not a plugin. It’s a theme. If you activate a theme, it’s going to change the active theme yes.

    What prompt/button did you use to install it? If the wording is unclear we can check that and clarify it says ‘theme’, unless it was just an honest mistake on your part. I checked the admin notice and it doesn’t install/activate automatically, it just sends you to the theme install page.

    I’ve removed the modlook. While this is probably an erroneous review, I have full faith in Mike (and his team) to sort out what actually happened and recover it ??
