Absolutely awful. Essentially malware.

  • I recently tried tidio out. Decided against it.

    Tidio injects loads of shit into your site that you can’t easily install such as placing lots of stuff dynamically into caches.

    This means even if you uninstall the plugin, Tidio still shows on your website.

    Disgusting company with a disgusting product.

    Sorry to hear you had such a bad experience with Tidio.
    Depending on the method of installing Tidio there is either just a line of JS code or a plug-in installation. If you accidentally installed both then uninstalling just one of them would leave the other, but once uninstalled, no trace is left behind.
