  • We’re using EDD on our website just with the Paypal gateway since almost 5 years now, in it’s simplest version it fullfills anything we need :
    >an account for our customers, where they can re-download at anytime their purchases
    >easy and flexible integration on our website with all the functionality we need
    >simple and complete overview of customization and customer activity, simple tools to help repair when something with a payment or customer manipulation went wrong
    > .. and many more
    And although free, we got just now again excellent very qualified and friendly quick support. Also I remember still very well some years back, when we had to debug a problem with purchases on our website, the support was super friendly, very qualified and quick.
    I not only love the tool for it’s transparency, flexibility and ease of use, but also the people behind.

  • Yes, couldn’t agree more. Just had another great experience with the support team and came to give a five start review. It turns out I had already done this after my last experience! Good support really does make all the difference.
