Absolutely no answers from support for several months

As someone below has pointed out, complete silence…after having to update data to fit in the rich snippet format (migration process was mostly manual and time-consuming), this is really frustrating.
New licenses were being marketed early January, I still had replies from Jeffrey until May 2020 and then nothing.
When the plugin worked, it was fine, I never felt the need for Yoast..
It really seems like nobody at their support is reading any kind of support request.
Really worrying!
At this time, if you try to modify a woocommerce product, you won’t see the tabs for variations, etc. You need to disable SEO Ultimate pro plugin….
I wish they would at least be transparent on what is going on!
