• I had an issue and needed support. I went to the developer’s site, and there is no means of contact. So I went to the WP plugin page and left a message for support there. Three days, nothing. So I started looking around and realized that all of the issues marked as resolved were resolved by the original poster. The developer doesn’t appear to have responded to a single request in the last several months. Buyer beware!

  • You’re not a buyer or customer in any way. You are a user that has downloaded a free plugin. While it is great when developers that have released plugins for free can provide support, they are in no way obligated to.

    Expecting someone who has given something away completely for free and then rating it poorly when they are unable to answer is as self entitled as it gets.

    I’d encourage you to go through the process of releasing code free of charge and then continuously supporting it. It’s not easy. Be grateful it was released in the first place.
