Absolutely no Support

OK plugin, but there is ABSOLUTELY no support. They have a video, but it is old, outdated and pretty much useless.

I have the plugin on one website and tried to put it on another, but the video to help you set it up it has never been updated and is now useless. I could not set it up the plugin on the new site.

I made a post on the support page months ago and it was never answered.
