Absolutely rubbish policies and support

As others have mentioned, you can’t just install their plugin and get going. Sumup has to approve the website. For this, they want the full website live. Who is going to want to put an online shop live without a payment provider? My site is ready to go, but I have a holding page on it until payments can be taken. They are still refusing to process it even though I’ve given them full access to the site.
And then they do not respond to emails. It’s now over 5 weeks since I’ve requested them to approve, and still no sign of approval, with more emails being ignored today. Would strongly recommend everyone to avoid these for Woocommerce payments, and look at many of the other payment providers which “just work”
